Tennis

The tennis facilities at Harbour Ridge are second to none. Our Har-Tru tennis courts are perfect for tennis players of all levels. Whether you are a tennis pro or novice player tennis at harbor Ridge is the perfect solution for keeping your health on track.

Fitness Classes

Our fitness center offers a variety of classes for groups and personal training.  Harbour Ridge members will discover a well-balanced fitness and wellness program that benefits their overall health goals. Members can participate in classes such as water aerobics, yoga, and body sculpting for a fun community approach to fitness. The fitness center also houses state-of-the-art equipment for strength training and cardiovascular workouts.

Physical Therapy

At Harbour Ridge you’ll find a highly skilled group of professional physical therapists and personal trainers. Our talented staff is always on hand to help you with your physical therapy concerns and physical fitness goals. Dr. Andrea Nelson of Total Motion Physical Therapy is our resident physical therapists and is available Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Our facilities also feature therapy rooms that have been designed to release tension.
