Get ready to kick your health into high gear with our exciting new offerings at the Harbour Ridge Fitness Center. Our fitness team has prepared an amazing line up of exhilarating programs to enhance your mind, body and soul. Check out our newest programs starting in the Fall of 2014.

Qigong – a mind body practice that combines disciplines of Yoga and TaiChi.  The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions.

Physical Therapy – Total Motion Physical Therapy will be coming to Harbour Ridge this fall.  Medicare accepted.  Andrea Nelson, DPT will be on site to serve your needs.

Watch Your Weight – A 12-week Journey to Weight Loss
In this 12-week program, you will learn about the latest nutrition research translated into specific, practical advice on what to eat every day so you'll be happier and healthier... and live longer.
